1. This service is provided by Smartrans and Diva Trans as car rental partner who already has an operational permit at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

2. Operational Hours : Monday – Sunday, 06.00 – 23.59 WIB.

3. The destination are served is only the Jabodetabek and Cikampek area.

4. The package excludes parking and toll fee.

5. Please come according to the meeting time.

6. If the customer cannot be contacted within 3 hours after the meeting time, then the order is considered canceled and the money cannot be refunded.

7. Orders that have been paid are non-refundable.

8. Customers are not allowed to carry passengers and goods exceeding the maximum capacity. Maximum capacity in one car is 4 people and 4 baggage.

9. Loss and damage to goods during the trip is beyond the responsibility of the Car rental Partner and Airport Operator.

10. Car Rental Provider have the right to cancel rentals for reasons of force majeure (natural disasters) and have the right to refuse customers who are deemed ineligible as tenants or act outside normal limits.
